What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their queries in both Arabic and English
- Providing accurate information about our services, policies, and procedures—think of yourself as the friendly guide on the customer’s journey
- Troubleshooting basic computer-related issues or guiding customers through online processes
- Keeping detailed and organized records of each interaction using our computer systems
- Collaborating with teammates to resolve complex cases, always keeping the customer’s best interests in mind
- Maintaining a positive, professional attitude—even when things get a little hectic
- Adapting quickly to new information, updates, and tools as our services evolve
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- A genuine passion for helping others and solving problems
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Age between 20 and 29 (visa requirement)
- Ready to join us in Sharjah, Bu Daniq
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous call centre or customer service experience
