What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting each customer warmly and answering any questions with a friendly attitude
- Accurately scanning, bagging, and processing customer purchases at the register
- Handling cash, card, and digital payments with care and attention
- Keeping your checkout area tidy and well-organized throughout the shift
- Balancing your cash drawer at the end of the day (no surprises, just good habits)
- Pitching in to restock shelves or tidy up as needed — we all help each other out
- Alerting the manager promptly if you spot any issues or discrepancies
- Creating a positive shopping experience that keeps customers coming back
