Introduction

Curious about breaking into the dynamic world of real estate—without having to head out into the field every day? A leading real estate company in Sheikh Zayed is on the lookout for friendly, articulate call center professionals (both Arabic and English speakers) to be the welcoming voice at the heart of their business. This is an opportunity to build your career alongside some of the industry’s brightest in a role that combines communication, relationship-building, and real impact on people’s property journeys.

About the Company

Step into a workplace where collaboration, professionalism, and mutual respect are much more than buzzwords—they’re part of everyday life. This real estate company has made its mark in Sheikh Zayed by focusing on quality service, ethical business, and a genuine commitment to both its clients and team. Expect a polished office environment and a leadership team that believes a supportive, upbeat culture makes work (and life) better. Whether you’re a coffee-break conversationalist or thrive on the buzz of team targets, you’ll find your fit here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing up-to-date information about properties, pricing, and company services

  • Handling occasional administrative duties related to the customer journey
  • Maintaining a professional yet personable tone, even on your busiest day

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Fluent in Arabic (for the Arabic-speaking role) or English (for the English-speaking role)—bonus points if you’re confident in both
  • Clear communication skills over the phone, with a naturally warm and friendly manner
  • A knack for staying organized and juggling several conversations at once
  • Previous customer service or call center experience (even an internship counts!)
  • Willingness to learn about real estate—don’t worry if you’re not an expert (yet)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with CRM or call center software
  • A background in real estate, property management, or hospitality
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)

  • Competitive, timely-paid salaries (AED 3,500–4,500 for Arabic speakers; AED 4,500–5,500 for English speakers)
  • Attractive incentive structures to reward your effort and results
  • Modern, professional office in Sheikh Zayed with all the essentials
  • Supportive colleagues who’ll have your back through training and beyond
  • Real chances to move up and build a career—many team leads started on the phones
  • Regular team celebrations and recognition for a job well done

At the end of the day, it’s a place where your voice truly matters—as does your growth. If you want your next workday to feel both professional and purposeful, you might have just found the right spot.
