What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting high-quality hot and cold beverages: espresso drinks, teas, and those specialty concoctions our regulars love
- Welcoming guests with genuine warmth as soon as they step through the door
- Sharing your knowledge of the menu and recommending beverages based on guest preferences
- Maintaining a clean and inviting station — because nobody enjoys a sticky counter
- Handling transactions smoothly (and always with a smile)
- Supporting your teammates during rushes — we look out for each other, especially when the morning line stretches to the door
- Keeping an eye on inventory and helping restock supplies when needed
- Bringing new ideas for seasonal drinks or in-house events — creativity is encouraged here
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Hands-on barista experience, ideally in a busy café environment
