What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and welcoming customers as soon as they arrive, making them feel valued from hello to goodbye.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, with a focus on clarity and a friendly attitude.
- Offering menu recommendations and answering questions about our dishes—don't worry, we’ll provide full training on all the favorites!
- Delivering orders to tables with care and a sense of urgency (we know hungry tummies don’t like to wait).
- Checking in with customers throughout their visit to ensure everything’s just right, and handling any small complaints with poise and professionalism.
- Helping keep the dining area neat, clean, and presentable—because we like our guests to have a lovely, tidy experience.
- Collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house teammates to keep service smooth and spirits high, even during busy hours.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A warm, approachable manner with excellent customer service skills.
- Presentable appearance and a professional, courteous demeanor—first impressions matter!
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (other languages are a plus).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Eligibility to work in Dubai.
- Female applicants only, as per team requirements.
- It is preferred that the applicant be of Filipino nationality.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience as a waitress or in the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with POS/order-taking systems.
- A knack for remembering orders (and maybe even customer’s usuals).
