About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about being the first, friendly voice that connects people with their dream homes in one of Dubai’s most vibrant neighborhoods? As a Call Center team member with our established real estate company in Sheikh Zayed, you’ll do exactly that — guiding clients, sharing insights, and leaving a positive first impression every single time. With competitive salaries (plus some attractive commissions and incentives), this is a unique opportunity for both Arabic and English speakers looking for a rewarding step in their career, right at the heart of Dubai’s property scene.
About the Company
We’re more than just property experts — we’re a close-knit crew who love celebrating wins together, whether it’s a new client closed or somebody’s birthday (those cake days are serious business). Our work pace is brisk, but our management team believes in trust, open communication, and giving each person a real chance to shine. From our sleek Sheikh Zayed office, we’ve built a reputation for transparency, professionalism, and a welcoming, international environment where visitors and long-term UAE residents all feel at home.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Receiving inbound calls from prospective clients — sometimes curious, sometimes in a rush, always looking for great service
- Making outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, provide information, and nurture warm leads
- Building rapport with clients (think: listening, not just talking), understanding what they’re really looking for
- Updating client records in our CRM and ensuring every detail is accurate and up to date
- Learning about our current property listings so you can confidently answer questions and match clients to their ideal options
- Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth handoffs and share client feedback
- Meeting targets for calls and conversions, with full support and training from supervisors who want you to succeed
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Professional fluency in Arabic and/or English (roles available for both language tracks)
- Clear, confident phone manner and a knack for making people feel heard
- Previous customer service, call center, or inside sales experience — real estate background a plus but not essential
- Eligible to work inside the UAE — visitors or current residents both welcome, with transfer of residence possible
- Basic computer skills (CRMs, email, Microsoft Office — nothing too scary)
- Positive energy and reliability (no one likes a ghosted shift)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with property or real estate calls
- Familiarity with Dubai’s neighborhoods and property market
- Team-player attitude and an eagerness to learn on the job
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
