What You’ll Be Doing

  • Answering inbound customer calls with a friendly, patient, and professional attitude (first impressions matter!).
  • Listening carefully to understand questions, concerns, or requests, and providing clear, accurate information.
  • Documenting key call details in our system to keep things running smoothly.
  • Working collaboratively with teammates to resolve issues quickly and thoroughly.
  • Proactively following up with customers when needed—no “set it and forget it” here.
  • Adapting your approach for each customer; every call is a little different.
  • Participating in periodic training and team feedback sessions—because we believe everyone can keep getting better.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Fluency in both English and Hindi—you’ll be using both languages daily.
  • A clear, confident phone manner (you don’t have to be loud, just easy to understand).
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback positively—freshers are welcome!
  • A customer-focused mindset, with patience and empathy at the forefront.
  • Ability to work shifts in Al Nahda, Dubai.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous call centre or customer service experience.
