What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily car wash operations to ensure efficiency and top-notch customer service
- Leading, training, and motivating a diverse team—making sure everyone knows their role and feels valued
- Handling customer inquiries or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Managing scheduling, task assignments, and shift coverage
- Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed (soap, cleaning products, uniforms—yes, the works)
- Operating and troubleshooting POS and basic computer systems for smooth transactions
- Keeping safety, cleanliness, and quality standards high—think of yourself as the quality control champion
- Reporting daily sales and operations updates to management
- Pitching in wherever needed, especially during peak hours (no job is too small!)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a car wash or a related supervisory position
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- Good working knowledge of computers and POS systems
- Proven honesty, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
- Confident leadership with a knack for team management
Nice-to-Haves:
- Ability to communicate in Urdu, Hindi, or Bengali
- Previous experience working in Mussafah or similar environments
