What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting custom woodwork pieces, from decorative wall panels to intricate cabinetry
- Collaborating closely with designers and clients to bring unique visions to life
- Interpreting sketches, blueprints, or design briefs—then making them real
- Managing on-site installations with precision and pride
- Maintaining a tidy, safe, and welcoming workshop for you and your teammates
- Suggesting new ideas or woodcraft techniques during planning meetings
- Taking pride in polishing, finishing, and adding the flourish that sets exceptional work apart
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in woodworking, carpentry, and decorative joinery—workshop or on-site
- A strong eye for detail (the little things matter in this trade)
- Comfort reading technical drawings and turning them into reality
- Ideally, a valid UAE residency visa and the ability to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC/secondment)
- Commitment to safety and quality in every project
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with a range of local and imported woods
- Experience in custom furniture builds or intricate wood installations
- A knack for problem-solving tricky installation scenarios
- Willingness to share your skills, or maybe teach a trick or two to the team
