About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Join Our Carpentry Team in Ajman Industrial
Do you take pride in working with your hands and bringing creative visions to life in wood? Does the idea of crafting everything from elegant kitchen cabinetry to intricate decorative pieces light you up? If you’re a skilled carpenter ready for your next challenge, we’d love to meet you. Our specialized woodworking workshop in Ajman Industrial is on the lookout for talented carpenters who care about their craft — and about delivering quality with every project.
About Us
Our workshop isn’t your average carpentry shop. We’re a tight-knit, diverse bunch who believe that woodworking is as much an art as a science — and yes, we geek out about finish quality and clever joinery at lunch. Our team works on a wide variety of projects, from custom doors for brand-new homes to eye-catching restaurant interiors. We share ideas, help each other troubleshoot, and celebrate the “aha!” moments when a challenging piece finally comes together. Reliability and mutual respect are at the core of how we operate, and Friday afternoon teas in the workshop are a tradition you’ll quickly get used to.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Construct and assemble custom doors, kitchen units, furniture, and decorative items — each piece is different, so your days will rarely look the same.
- Interpret and execute technical drawings to bring clients’ ideas to life, often collaborating with designers and other team members.
- Finish surfaces to perfection using a variety of tools — sanding, varnishing, and ensuring every project matches our standards.
- Measure and cut materials precisely, with a sharp eye for detail and a steady hand.
- Meet project deadlines without sacrificing quality, even when juggling multiple tasks.
- Pitch in with your teammates — we value open communication and help each other out during busy periods.
