About Us
We’re a locally run laundry business with a reputation for quality, reliability, and a friendly neighborhood vibe. Our team might be small, but it’s mighty — everyone pitches in, and small wins get celebrated (especially when someone brings karak tea for the group). Service is at the heart of what we do; it’s not unusual for regulars to pop in just to say hello, and we take pride in remembering their names and preferences. If you love working where people look out for each other, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers warmly and answering their questions about our services.
- Processing payments accurately using our POS (point-of-sale) system — cash, cards, and mobile, it’s all part of the routine.
- Entering customer orders and details into the computer system with care and accuracy.
- Balancing the cash drawer at the start and end of your shift (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes).
- Communicating special requests or instructions to the laundry team.
- Keeping your workspace tidy and organized, for your own sanity and ours!
- Occasionally helping with light office or customer service tasks as needed.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role — laundry, retail, restaurant, or similar.
- Good communication skills in Arabic or English (if you know both, even better!).
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems — you don’t need to be a tech expert, but you can handle the basics.
- Friendly, reliable, and eager to build trust with our regular customers.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience as a cashier in any service business.
- Living near Khalifa City A or willing to relocate.
