About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever imagined a role where your energy, leadership, and knack for fun actually make your workplace better for kids every single day? We’re looking for a Children’s Play Area Supervisor who thrives on creating joyful (but safe!) spaces, and who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves on busy weekends. This is more than a job—it’s about helping families feel welcome and making every visit memorable, whether it’s a birthday bash or just another Saturday adventure.
About the Company
We’re a community-focused entertainment center right here in the UAE, buzzing with laughter and the occasional happy shriek from our young visitors. Our team is tight-knit, friendly, and supportive—think of us as a big family where teamwork trumps hierarchy, and new ideas are always welcome. Fridays? We take turns bringing snacks, and there’s plenty of friendly chatter as we get ready for the weekend rush. If you value respect, collaboration, and the belief that work can be (mostly) fun, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily operations of the children’s play area—keeping things running smoothly from open to close
- Leading, mentoring, and scheduling a small team of play assistants (encouragement is your secret weapon!)
- Welcoming families, answering questions, and ensuring everyone—from toddlers to grown-ups—feels comfortable and cared for
- Enforcing safety rules without putting a damper on the fun; you’ll do regular equipment checks and keep a watchful eye on play
- Handling customer feedback with empathy and quick thinking—sometimes it’s about solving a real problem, other times it’s smoothing ruffled feathers
- Pitching in during birthday parties or special events, making sure everything flows effortlessly (well, almost)
- Working flexible shifts—including weekends and holidays, when the play area is at its liveliest
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience supervising or managing in a play area, entertainment center, or similar lively environment
- Strong leadership skills—you enjoy motivating a team and setting the right example
- Excellent customer service instincts, with a natural warmth and patience for dealing with young children and their parents
- Valid UAE residency
- Your own private car (our shifts aren’t always bus-friendly)
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Nice-to-Haves:
- First aid training (always helpful, but we can help you get certified if needed)
- Experience organizing children’s events or parties
- Multilingual communication skills
Not sure you check every single box? We’d still like to hear from you—genuine enthusiasm and energy go a long way with us.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary: AED 3,000–5,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Flexible work schedules—so you can balance life, family, and work
- On-the-job support and training (and plenty of high-fives)
- A vibrant, inclusive team that celebrates wins and learns from challenges together
- Opportunities for growth, whether you’re interested in broader management or deepening your expertise with kids’ programs
- Free parking (huge, right?) plus occasional team outings to try other entertainment spots
Here, every day brings new smiles—and the chance to make a real impact in your community. If you’re passionate about making kids’ days brighter, come join us.
