About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about what goes into making those neatly packed boxes of chocolates you see on supermarket shelves? We’re currently looking for detail-oriented and enthusiastic individuals—both male and female—to join our chocolate packing and packaging team in the bustling Ras Al Khor Industrial Area, Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, get hands-on, and discover what it takes to keep one of Dubai’s busiest chocolate operations running smoothly. No experience? No problem. We believe everyone deserves a chance, especially when they’re willing to learn.
About the Company
Here, we’re passionate about two things: great chocolate and great teamwork. The atmosphere is lively (think bursts of laughter and friendly chatter on breaks), and steady—there’s comfort in knowing what each day brings, but always with room for a surprise batch of new flavors. We pride ourselves on our supportive network; our trainers will have your back from day one, and you’ll become part of a diverse group that brings together chocolate lovers from every corner of the city. Don’t be surprised if you pick up a few chocolate-packing hacks or even a favorite snack among colleagues!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carefully sorting, packing, and labeling a variety of chocolate products—different shapes and sizes keep things interesting!
- Ensuring each box looks neat, tidy, and market-ready before it heads out the door
- Assisting in checking product quality (bonus: you’ll become a quick expert in what makes chocolate look irresistible)
- Maintaining cleanliness in your workspace—clean hands, clean stations, always
- Following safety guidelines and company protocols, because good chocolate deserves a safe journey
- Participating in daily team briefings, learning from your supervisor, and pitching in wherever needed
What You’ll Bring
- A genuine willingness to learn new skills on the job—our team values attitude as much as experience
- An eye for detail (because every chocolate counts!)
- Ability to work comfortably on your feet throughout your shift
- Good communication skills—clear exchanges keep things running smoothly
- Punctuality and reliability, so your team can count on you
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Fixed monthly salary you can count on (no surprises, just stability)
- Hands-on training—start from scratch, grow your confidence in a supportive environment
- Opportunities for overtime for those looking to boost their earnings
- Team events and a friendly, diverse group of colleagues—instant sense of belonging
- Modern, clean workspace in one of Dubai’s industrial hotspots
- Convenient location with easy transport links
You’ll find this is more than just a job—it’s joining a team that values every pair of hands, celebrates hard work, and shares small wins (and sometimes, a little chocolate too). If you’re looking for a place to step in, learn, and start earning right away, this could be your perfect fit.
