About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wanted to work behind the scenes at a chocolate factory? Here’s your chance to become a vital part of the team that keeps the magic (and chocolate) moving! We’re urgently hiring Chocolate Packing Helpers, Production Line Workers, Factory Helpers, and Loading/Unloading Laborers for a leading chocolate manufacturer based in Al Qusais, Dubai. If you’re looking for steady work and a friendly team, and you’re currently inside the UAE, this could be the opportunity you’ve been searching for.
About the Company
This isn’t just a chocolate factory—it’s a place where teamwork meets craftsmanship, and everyday routines are sweetened by the scent of cocoa. The team here is a lively mix of nationalities, all sharing a commitment to quality and a dose of good humor. While the work is fast-paced and the goals are ambitious (everyone takes pride when a new batch hits the shelves!), you’ll find support from supervisors who remember everyone’s name, with lunch breaks that somehow always lead to stories—and sometimes even a bite of chocolate.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Packing chocolates with care on the production line—attention to detail is your superpower here.
- Assisting with sorting, assembling, and counting products—keeping quality and efficiency in mind.
- Supporting machinery operators by supplying materials and clearing away finished goods.
- Helping with the loading and unloading of goods from trucks and storage areas.
- Keeping workspaces tidy and equipment in good shape (a little team pride goes a long way).
- Following safety protocols, because staying injury-free is a team effort.
- Pitching in wherever needed—factory life can be unpredictable, and flexibility is valued.
What You’ll Bring
- A willingness to work hard, follow instructions, and get along well with a diverse team.
- Basic physical stamina—there’s some lifting, standing, and walking throughout your shift.
- Quick learning skills for picking up new tasks on the go.
- Must be inside the UAE and available for immediate joining.
- Any nationality is welcome to apply!
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Attractive salary range: AED 1800 – AED 2800, based on role and experience.
- Free visa processing, so you can focus on your work, not on paperwork.
- Comfortable, company-provided accommodation—no worrying about rent!
- Transportation to and from the factory, making your daily commute hassle-free.
- Diverse team atmosphere—learn from colleagues from around the world.
- Opportunity for steady work and immediate start—no waiting around for weeks.
