About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it takes to put the final, perfect touch on candies that light up celebrations across the UAE? As a Packaging Worker in our bustling Al Quoz facility, you’ll be right at the heart of our sweets operation—ensuring each piece is carefully packed, wrapped, and ready to delight. With a growing demand for quality products, we're looking for reliable, detail-oriented team players (male and female) who want to start or advance their careers in Dubai’s thriving food production sector.
About the Company
Located in the vibrant industrial heart of Al Quoz, our company is a key player in the region’s food manufacturing industry. What sets us apart? For starters, our commitment to quality isn’t just talk—you’ll see it in the way we celebrate team wins, take hygiene standards seriously, and support one another during even the busiest holiday production runs. Our floor might hum with machinery, but it's fueled by human connection, shared laughter during lunch breaks, and the occasional (okay, frequent) taste test. If the idea of joining a down-to-earth, diverse crew appeals to you, this could be your next work home.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Packing and wrapping sweets according to approved procedures, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Following hygiene and safety guidelines, keeping both product and workplace spotless.
- Checking packaging for accuracy—labels, weights, seals—because every sweet counts.
- Assisting shift leads in tracking inventory and reporting any supply shortages.
- Supporting your teammates on busy days, especially before holidays and peak seasons.
- Helping with basic quality inspections to ensure each piece meets our high standards.
- Occasionally pitching in for extra rounds of cleaning or end-of-day tidy-ups.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and care.
- Commitment to following hygiene, safety, and company protocols.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle light weights.
- Teamwork spirit—you know how to lend a hand and ask for help when needed.
- Positive attitude and readiness to learn new skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous work experience in packaging, food production, or factory settings.
- Basic English or Arabic communication skills.
- Familiarity with quality control or inventory routines.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

- Competitive salary: AED 2,200–3,200, based on your experience and skills.
- Legal residence provided—no worries about paperwork.
- Attractive incentives, bonuses, and periodic performance rewards.
