What You’ll Be Doing
- Lifting, loading, and unloading goods from trucks, containers, or warehouse shelves — sometimes in teams, sometimes solo
- Assisting with packing items securely and preparing them for dispatch, always taking care to follow safety protocols
- Supporting landscaping teams with planting, digging, mulching, and site cleanup, depending on daily assignments
- Moving items within the warehouse, helping keep inventory organized, and alerting supervisors if you spot any issues
- Pitching in with general maintenance tasks and keeping work zones tidy — we believe a clean site is a safe site
- Taking direction from experienced team leads, but also using your own initiative to solve problems as they come up
- Occasionally operating basic equipment or tools (with proper instruction — no prior experience necessary)

- Physically fit and able to handle manual labor — lifting, bending, standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and a reputation for being reliable
