About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it's like to see your engineering plans come to life in one of the fastest-growing cities in the UAE? As a Civil Engineer with our contracting team on Al Salam Street, you’ll get more than just blueprints—you’ll help shape the skyline of Abu Dhabi. This is a great fit for someone who thrives when hands-on, values precision, and enjoys collaborating with site crews and management alike to deliver work everyone’s proud of.
About the Company

- Calculating material and resource requirements with utmost accuracy (you know, the kind that keeps both budgets and timelines on track)
- Carrying out detailed quantity surveying, verifying measurements, and ensuring site records are always up-to-date and audit-ready
- Collaborating with other engineers, architects, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and drive projects forward

- Familiarity with industry-standard engineering software (think AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar)
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly with team members at all levels
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); basic Arabic is a plus but not a dealbreaker
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience on residential, commercial, or municipal projects in Abu Dhabi or the surrounding Emirates

- A knack for motivating teams and building rapport under pressure
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
