What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site activities to ensure high-quality execution of civil works according to project plans and timelines.
- Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other teams to solve challenges as they arise — no two days are quite alike.
- Preparing regular progress reports and updates for project management, helping everyone keep their finger on the project’s pulse.
- Conducting site inspections, ensuring all health, safety, and environmental requirements are met at every stage.
- Reading and interpreting structural drawings and specifications, then translating them into actionable steps for the team.
- Proactively identifying potential delays or bottlenecks, and pitching in with practical solutions on the spot.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering (or closely related field) with proven site experience.
- 2+ years experience as a Site Engineer, ideally on mid-to-large-scale projects within the UAE.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, technical drawings, and site management.
- Strong communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus).
- Eligibility to live and work in the UAE (applications open to all nationalities residing in the UAE).
Nice-to-Haves
