Introduction
Curious about what it’s like to shape the look and feel of one of Dubai’s busiest industrial districts? We’re on the lookout for a talented Civil Engineer to join our team in Al Quoz — a role that’s as dynamic as the city itself. If you love bringing technical plans to life and thrive on making a real-world impact, this opportunity could be your next big move. With a competitive salary and a collaborative environment, you’ll find plenty of reasons to grow your career with us right here in the UAE.
About the Company
We’re a hands-on, fast-growing engineering and construction firm with deep roots in Dubai’s Al Quoz. Our team is a mix of seasoned experts and energized newcomers, all united by a belief in building quality projects — and in supporting one another along the way. You’ll often find our engineers bouncing ideas over coffee, and yes, we occasionally get a bit competitive comparing site solutions! We value integrity, a job well done, and the kind of open communication that means no question goes unanswered. If you’d enjoy being part of a company where your voice is heard (and your hard hat is always close by), you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily operations at various civil construction sites throughout Al Quoz and broader Dubai.
- Reviewing, interpreting, and adapting project plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to suit on-site realities.
- Coordinating closely with contractors, site supervisors, and suppliers to keep timelines — and budgets — on track.
- Leading site inspections to ensure work meets both safety and quality standards (and snapping the occasional before-and-after photo).
- Preparing regular project updates for our project management and client teams — clear communication is crucial!
- Identifying challenges early, troubleshooting with the rest of the team, and finding practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Supporting tender documentation and participating in decision-making meetings.
- Staying current with UAE regulations and ensuring all work is compliant.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills — you’ll liaise with a diverse team and client base.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a “make it happen” attitude.

- Experience with fast-track or design-build projects.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
