What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specifications, and the highest quality standards
- Coordinating between subcontractors, labor teams, and project managers to keep timelines on track (and stress levels down)
- Monitoring resources, materials, and equipment—making sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Inspecting completed work and troubleshooting snags before handover
- Preparing progress reports and updating stakeholders about site activities
- Prioritizing safety while addressing any site issues as they arise
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in civil engineering roles overseeing building or infrastructure projects
- Solid understanding of construction methods and material specifications
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation
