About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself on site—blueprints in one hand, high-vis vest on, scanning the work and thinking, “I could take this project to the next level”? If you’re a civil engineer with a knack for both construction execution and fit out detail, this might be the role you’ve been waiting for. In this position, you’ll take projects from paper to reality, making sure every nut, bolt, and handover document meets the standard–and then some. If you call Ajman or Sharjah home, and you like having real responsibility, you’ll feel right at home with us.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit team of construction professionals who believe there’s an art to building great spaces—whether it’s a high-spec office fit out or a sturdy new build. Our office chatter is just as likely to be about new project material samples as it is about yesterday’s football results. We move fast, we value precision, and we genuinely care about seeing the results of our work standing tall in the Sharjah skyline. Here, your ideas and know-how won’t get lost—they’ll shape the way we deliver excellence on every job. Fridays often mean impromptu site walkthroughs and shared biryani after a week well done.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily site operations for construction and fit out works, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Maintain a keen eye for workmanship during on-site execution—no detail’s too small for your standard
- Prepare, organize, and submit all required documentation and reports to the Consultant, keeping paperwork smooth and stress-free
- Coordinate with suppliers, trades, subcontractors, and internal teams to anticipate and solve site challenges
- Conduct regular quality checks and snagging, swiftly addressing issues before they become problems
- Lead site meetings, liaise with consultants and clients—always representing the company with professionalism and positivity
- Keep precise records and photos of site progress, ready to support submissions and keep everyone up to speed
- Use your car and license (a must!) to move efficiently between office, site, and meetings, mostly within Sharjah
