What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and overseeing villa project teams on structure and finishing works, ensuring safety and solidity at every step.
- Executing and supervising tile fixing with precision — every detail counts, from pattern layouts to grout lines.
- Managing quality block work installations, checking alignment and integrity, and mentoring less experienced team members.
- Performing skilled plastering to deliver smooth, flawless wall finishes fit for luxury living spaces.
- Supporting day-to-day construction operations — helpers play a real role here, from prepping materials to maintaining site cleanliness.
- Interpreting plans, communicating progress with site engineers, and flagging any snags early to keep projects on track.
- Ensuring adherence to UAE building codes and our own high standards of excellence.
- Pitching in wherever needed — villa work takes a flexible, "all hands on deck" mindset.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 2–3 years of hands-on UAE experience in villa construction, especially with high-end finishing.
- Proven leadership skills for the Foreman position: you know how to motivate teams and command respect on site.
- Strong experience in tile fixing, block work, or plastering — your work speaks for itself.
- Ability and eagerness to join immediately (we’re ready when you are!).
- Willingness to work onsite in Nad Al Sheba, Dubai.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience on luxury or custom villa projects.
- Familiarity with a range of tile materials and latest construction techniques.
- Basic conversational English, Hindi, or Arabic for clear shift communication.
