What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day civil maintenance work across multiple sites and facilities — no two days the same.
- Supervising a team of technicians and tradespeople, offering on-the-spot guidance and support as needed.
- Inspecting completed work for safety compliance and quality, making sure company and client standards are always met.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, keeping communication clear and scheduling on track.
- Troubleshooting issues and proactively identifying areas needing attention (your keen sixth sense is an asset here).
- Documenting work progress, site reports, and materials used to keep things smooth and transparent.
- Ensuring that all work is carried out following strict health and safety protocols.
- Pitching in when the moment calls — sometimes leadership means rolling up your own sleeves.
What You’ll Bring
