What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking charge on-site: Oversee daily operations, ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery.
- Coordinating with all stakeholders: Communicate with architects, contractors, and vendors to keep everyone in sync.
- Monitoring quality: Conduct inspections and make certain every detail meets design and safety standards.
- Keeping a sharp eye on timelines: Track schedules, flagging and resolving delays before they snowball.
- Solving issues, fast: Address unforeseen site challenges with a cool head and practical solutions.
- Leading the team: Motivate site workers and subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
- Reporting and documentation: Prepare daily site reports and maintain clear records for all fit-out activities.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on site engineering experience in building construction and interior fit-out projects.
- Solid understanding of modern construction techniques, materials selection, and UAE safety regulations.
- Proven UAE experience (especially around Abu Dhabi or Mussafah is a huge plus).
- Excellent leadership—you know how to inspire a team and keep everyone moving in the right direction.
- Strong problem-solving instincts and crystal-clear communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with high-end commercial or retail fit-outs.
- Familiarity with project management software or digital site tools.
- Spoken Arabic, Hindi, or any additional languages.
