We’re looking for dedicated Cladding Workers, Cladding Technicians, and an experienced Cladding Foreman to join our busy Aluminum & Glass workshop in Mussafah-44. What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
- Installing and finishing ACP (aluminum composite panel) cladding on commercial and residential projects
- Prepping surfaces, measuring, cutting, and fixing panels with accuracy — details matter in our shop
- Following safety guidelines, maintaining a tidy workspace, and caring for tools and equipment
- For Technicians: handling specialty tools and working from shop drawings with precision
- For Foreman: leading daily briefings, setting work schedules, and ensuring your team stays on target
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, especially for our Foreman — clarity saves costly mistakes
- Troubleshooting installation challenges as they arise — no two days (or buildings) are the same
- Collaborating closely with teammates and other trades to keep jobs running smoothly
- Maintaining a steady pace without cutting corners — quality and deadlines both matter here
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in ACP cladding installation (the more you’ve handled, the better)
- Ability to work well with others in a close-knit team environment
- Eye for detail, commitment to quality, and pride in your finished work
- Willingness to work hard and learn new techniques on the job
- For Foreman: experience leading site teams, reading technical drawings, and mentoring crew members
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with aluminum and glass systems
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools beyond cladding work
- Past experience delivering projects on tight timelines
