About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it's like to be at the heart of the legal world, where every day brings a fresh challenge and a chance to make a real difference for people? As our new Client Associate (Legal Consultancy), you’ll be the friendly face and steady hand guiding clients through some of their most significant moments. Based right within the energetic Dubai Courts Building, this isn’t just a job — it’s a gateway into the pulse of the region’s dynamic legal landscape.
About Us
Our team blends legal expertise with genuine empathy, working closely to demystify complexities for clients from all walks of life. We’re not your typical suit-and-tie legal advisory — we value integrity, personal growth, and yes, a dash of humor when the day gets long. Our workspace buzzes with collaboration and honest conversation, where everyone’s voice matters (even if it’s just about which café brews the best coffee downstairs). Being in growth mode means new faces, new ideas, and lots of room for taking initiative.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks with efficiency and a strong sense of responsibility
- Supporting our consultancy’s operations within the Dubai Courts Building, including liaising with court officials and staff as needed
- Maintaining up-to-date records of client communications and case progress using our internal systems
- Helping foster a welcoming, respectful atmosphere, where professionalism and empathy go hand-in-hand
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Male candidate (requirement based on client needs)
- A mature and professional approach—someone colleagues and clients can count on, even when things get hectic
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience welcome
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone
