What You’ll Be Doing
As a Civil Engineer:
- Overseeing daily site progress and ensuring quality standards are met
- Coordinating with foremen and project managers to keep schedules on track
- Solving on-the-ground challenges (sometimes in a tight deadline crunch!)
- Maintaining meticulous paperwork and progress reports
As a Foreman:
- Leading and motivating crews through daily tasks
- Assigning work to carpenters, steel fixers, masons, and laborers
- Ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently
- Problem solving on the spot—sometimes with creative fixes
As a Carpenter, Steel Fixer, Mason, Scaffolder, or Laborer:
- Completing skilled trade tasks in construction, fitting, installation, or assembly
- Following instructions from supervisors and reading construction drawings (where required)
- Working with your teammates to deliver top-quality work
- Keeping the worksite safe, organized, and efficient
What You’ll Bring
