What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your specialty, your day-to-day could look a little different — but here’s a flavor of what you can expect:
- AC Technician: Inspect, repair, and maintain split, central, and package HVAC systems; troubleshoot breakdowns quickly and efficiently; ensure optimal airflow and climate control in client spaces.
- Electrician: Install, test, and repair wiring, circuit breakers, lighting, and electrical panels; read schematics and diagnose faults; uphold safety standards at every step.
- Plumber: Install and fix piping systems, water heaters, and sanitary fixtures; respond to leak emergencies; carry out preventative maintenance.
- Multi-Technician: Juggle minor tasks across AC, electrical, and plumbing systems; handle quick repairs and call-outs with versatility; act as a flexible resource on diverse sites.
- Site Supervisor: Oversee teams on-site, coordinate daily schedules, ensure work quality, liaise with clients, handle material inventories, and maintain health & safety compliance.
- Foster strong communication within your team and with clients — keeping everyone in the loop is key around here.
- Support a safe, tidy, and well-organized work environment.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven hands-on experience in your trade (ideally within the UAE maintenance or facilities services sector).
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment.
- Practical communication skills — you know how to explain things to clients and teammates alike.
- A teamwork-first mindset; you’re the kind who offers help and asks questions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts if needed.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in Abu Dhabi or similar GCC locations.
- Familiarity with current materials and safety standards in the UAE.
- Basic spoken English, Arabic, or other languages to help smooth client conversations.
