About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever worked with your hands and thought, “I really make things happen”? If you’re a skilled tradesperson ready to put your expertise to work on exciting projects, here’s your chance! We’re looking to add experienced Steel Fixers, Shuttering Carpenters, Finishing Carpenters, and a Tile & Block Mason to our crew—right here in the UAE. In today’s fast-paced construction industry, having the right skills isn’t just valuable, it’s essential. This opportunity comes with stable work and the support every hardworking professional deserves.

About the Company

Think of us as the team that values people, not just positions. We recruit for some of the UAE’s most respected construction companies, partnering with employers who know that a jobsite’s true strength comes from its crew. Our culture? It’s all about respect, fair treatment, and helping skilled workers grow. You’ll notice we celebrate small wins together—birthdays, job milestones, and, yes, the occasional impromptu lunch. We’re serious about our projects, but even more serious about our people.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your trade, here’s how you’ll contribute:

  • Steel Fixers (2 positions)

    • Read detailed drawings and securely set steel bars and mesh for reinforced concrete
    • Bend, cut, and tie rebar using industry-standard tools—accuracy is key
    • Communicate and coordinate with engineers and fellow team members on-site
  • Shuttering Carpenters (3 positions)

    • Construct and install shuttering or formwork for concrete structures (columns, beams, slabs)
    • Ensure formwork is safe, precise, and ready for concrete pours
    • Dismantle and clean formwork after use, supporting project timelines
  • Finishing Carpenters (3 positions)

    • Execute detailed woodworking for interiors: doors, cabinets, moldings, and more
    • Repair, fit, and install finishing elements, always with a craftsman’s eye
    • Collaborate with interior fit-out teams to deliver top-quality results
  • Tile & Block Mason (1 position)

    • Lay tiles and blocks with skill and attention to detail
    • Prepare and level surfaces, cut tiles or blocks as needed, and deliver a clean finish
    • Mix mortar and adhesives while adapting to tricky corners or custom designs

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves

    • At least 2 years of recent UAE experience in your trade
    • Strong hands-on skills with relevant tools and materials
    • Ability to read job-specific drawings or technical instructions
    • Reliability—a good team is only as strong as its most dependable member
    • Good communication and a positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • Nice-to-Haves

    • Experience working on medium or large-scale projects
    • Any additional trade certifications or safety training

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Company-provided visa sponsorship and all legal documentation taken care of
  • Fully covered medical insurance for your peace of mind
  • Shared accommodation and daily transportation arranged—no stress, no guesswork
  • All government leave, overtime pay, and timely salary commitments—what you’re owed, on time
  • Friendly, supportive team atmosphere (you’ll quickly feel like you belong)
  • Opportunities to learn new skills on the job and grow your reputation in the industry

We know it’s not just about the paycheck—it’s about feeling valued every day on site. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and join a team that recognizes real skill, let’s talk.
