What You’ll Be Doing
Site Supervisor
- Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring work follows plans, timelines, and quality standards
- Manage and motivate site workers—troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to keep projects on track
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements
Survey Engineer
- Utilize modern surveying tools (think: total stations, GPS, drones) to gather and process site data
- Develop technical plans and layouts before and during construction phases
- Collaborate closely with project managers and drafters to communicate survey findings
- Ensure accuracy in boundaries, elevations, and technical specifications
CAD Drafter
- Produce high-quality execution drawings and revisions using AutoCAD
- Translate design concepts into technical drawings for site teams
- Work with engineers and supervisors to clarify drawing requirements and resolve discrepancies
- Organize and maintain drawing archives and documentation
Electrical Engineer
- Design electrical systems and layouts for diverse construction projects
- Oversee installation and extension of electrical infrastructure onsite
- Collaborate with construction teams to implement safe, efficient designs
- Provide technical guidance during inspections and resolve issues proactively
