What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
For Construction Manager & Project Manager:
- Lead projects from inception to handover, ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for seamless delivery.
- Resolve on-site challenges with a cool head and creative solutions—no two days look the same.
- Mentor and motivate teams, fostering growth and high morale.
- Conduct progress meetings that are actually useful (yes, really!), keeping everyone in the loop.
For Heavy Equipment Operator:
- Skillfully operate bulldozers, cranes, or excavators as per project requirements.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery to ensure safety and maximum uptime.
- Follow site supervisors’ guidance, and assist with loading/unloading when needed.
For Electrician:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures to national standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently—bonus points for not losing your cool under pressure.
- Collaborate with project leads to meet tight deadlines while upholding quality.
For Carpenter:
- Read and interpret construction drawings for tailored woodwork solutions.
- Construct, install, and repair structures using a range of hand and power tools.
- Ensure precision, whether it’s framing a wall or crafting a custom doorframe.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves:
- Relevant professional experience in your role (minimum of 2–5 years, depending on the position).
- Strong technical know-how and hands-on expertise in your specialty.
- Familiarity with UAE construction codes, safety standards, and worksite culture.
- Good communication skills—English preferred; Arabic or other languages a plus.
- Currently residing in the UAE, ready for immediate joiners preferred.
