About the Company
At our core, we’re builders—literally and figuratively. Based right here in Dubai, our company thrives on diversity, teamwork, and ambition. The crew comes from all backgrounds, but everyone shares a common bond: a commitment to doing the job right the first time. Morning briefings keep us focused, but there’s always time for laughter on site (and yes, we might get a bit competitive over our homemade lunches). We value respect, skill, and a willingness to learn, whether you’re new to Dubai or a seasoned pro.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll join a dynamic team working across a range of major construction and fit-out projects in Dubai. Depending on your specialty, your day might include:
- Steel Fixers: Shaping, positioning, and securing steel reinforcement in concrete with precision and speed.
- Shuttering Carpenters: Measuring, cutting, and constructing sturdy formwork for concrete pours.
- Plaster, Block & Tile Masons: Laying bricks, blocks, applying plaster, or setting tiles with craftsmanship that stands the test of time.
- Stone & Marble Fixers: Fitting, cutting, and polishing high-end stone and marble to perfection.
- Electricians: Wiring installations, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring safety at every connection.
- Plumbers: Assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fixtures, and water systems throughout the sites.
- Gypsum Board Installers: Accurately measuring and fitting gypsum boards for seamless finishes on walls and ceilings.
- Painters: Preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and delivering impeccable finishes—no drips, no streaks.
- AC Technicians (HVAC): Installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems to keep sites (and people) cool and efficient.
Safety is everyone’s job, and you’ll be expected to keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant at all times.
