About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about building your future, quite literally, right in the heart of Dubai? We're on the lookout for talented hands-on professionals—Plumbers, Masons, Scaffolders, Steel Fixers, and Painters—to join one of the region’s most trusted construction companies in Al Rigga. With soaring demand and new projects breaking ground every month, there’s never been a better time to step into a role where your skills make a real, visible impact.

About the Company

Here in Al Rigga, our crews are known not just for their hard work, but for the camaraderie that keeps every site running smoothly—even under the Dubai sun. Friday breakfasts are often shared, new team members are welcomed warmly, and celebrating “topping out” a new building is a tradition everyone looks forward to. Growth is happening fast, and you’ll feel it from your very first day.

  • Painter: Prepping surfaces, mixing paints, and applying flawless finishes to interiors and exteriors, adding the final touch to every project.

You’ll work closely with experienced supervisors and alongside skilled teammates drawn from all over the world. Each role is crucial—we don’t just build structures, we build each other's success.
