What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with concrete pouring, bricklaying, scaffolding, and general construction site tasks
- Safely loading, unloading, and moving materials around the site — you’ll be on your feet and busy
- Keeping the worksite tidy and organized to ensure a safe environment for everyone
- Following instructions from supervisors and adapting to new tasks as projects develop
- Working as part of a team and communicating openly — we all look out for each other
- Assisting with light demolition work (where required) and simple repairs
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Physical fitness — enough stamina for outdoor work in the Dubai climate and the ability to lift heavy items
- Willingness to learn and get hands-on, even with unfamiliar tasks
- A reliable, punctual attitude and a respect for safety rules
- Readiness to work overtime hours when needed (overtime pay applies!)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience on construction sites or doing similar manual work
