About the Company
We’re a fast-growing construction firm, known among our crew for treating every team member like family. What sets us apart? For starters, our managers remember your name and ask how your day’s going. Safety always comes first, and every week closes with a team meal — a little tradition we’ve kept alive through thick and thin. We value commitment, hard work, and a good sense of humour (because sometimes, you’ve just got to laugh after a long shift).

- Following safety instructions and using protective gear correctly
- Pitching in wherever needed — sometimes that means learning something new on the spot
- Helping with basic repairs or site maintenance as guided by supervisors
- Supporting your teammates and looking out for one another as you work

- Positive attitude and reliability — we all count on each other
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a diverse team
- Ready availability to start working on short notice
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience on a construction site (but if you’re new, we’ll show you the ropes)
- Basic understanding of construction tools and safety practices
- Any language skills — our team comes from all over, and extra communication always helps
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- AED1200 monthly salary, with overtime pay for those extra hours
- Free accommodation close to the work site
- Company-sponsored visa and support with all legal paperwork
- Standard benefits according to UAE labour law
