What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling day-to-day general maintenance tasks throughout the building, big and small
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues—whether it’s a flickering light or a faulty socket
- Tackling basic plumbing fixes, from leaky taps to blocked drains
- Diagnosing and repairing AC units to keep residents cool and comfortable
- Painting touch-ups and minor cosmetic repairs to keep the property looking fresh
- Responding to urgent repair requests with a calm, solution-focused mindset
- Keeping an eye out for potential issues before they become bigger problems
- Communicating with the building manager and residents in a respectful, approachable manner
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience (residential preferred)
- Solid skills in electrical work, plumbing, and AC repair
- Comfort with painting and basic handyman tasks
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Valid UAE residency or a transferable visa
- Ability to start immediately
