What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with all phases of construction — from unloading materials to setting up equipment and prepping sites for the day’s work.
- Supporting skilled tradespeople: You’ll work alongside masons, carpenters, painters, electricians, or plumbers, depending on your experience and interests.
- Carrying out basic repair and maintenance tasks as needed to keep the site safe and efficient.
- Helping with on-site clean-up, organization, and materials management so things run smoothly from day to day.
- Learning and developing new skills in a real-world environment, especially if you're just starting out.
- Pitching in wherever you’re needed: Some days you might be mixing cement, other days you might be helping with fittings, painting, or carpentry tasks.
What You’ll Bring
- Must-Haves:
- Willingness to work on construction sites and outdoors in various conditions
- Ability to follow safety instructions and work as part of a team
- Physically fit and ready for manual work
- Currently residing in the UAE and able to join immediately
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in construction or any of the trades mentioned (masonry, carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Conversational English or Hindi/Urdu
