What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your skills and experience, you’ll play a vital role such as:
- Supporting site operations as a General Laborer — from moving materials to assisting skilled trades.
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems as a Plumber.
- Laying bricks, concrete, and other materials as a Mason.
- Building and assembling frameworks and fixtures as a Carpenter.
- Shaping and setting steel frameworks as a Steel Fixer.
- Carrying out safe electrical installations and repairs as an Electrician.
- Following clear instructions from supervisors and collaborating with team members.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Working flexible hours when needed — overtime is available if you want the extra pay.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Current UAE residency (you must already be based here)
- Experience and/or skills relevant to one of the listed positions (Laborer, Plumber, Mason, Carpenter, Steel Fixer, Electrician)
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
- Physical fitness and readiness for hands-on, outdoor work
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience on construction projects in Dubai or the UAE
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
- Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, or Arabic
