About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about what it takes to literally build the skyline of Dubai? If you’re someone who takes pride in hands-on work and wants to be part of a team turning blueprints into reality, this could be your chance. We’re looking for dedicated Construction Workers for a variety of roles in Al Rigga — from Safety Officers to Scaffolders, Carpenters, Welders, Masons, and Helpers. With new projects starting up across Dubai, there’s never been a better time to get involved.

About the Company

Our client isn’t just another name in the construction industry — they’re a team that’s shaping some of Dubai’s fastest-growing neighborhoods. You’ll find a mix of seasoned professionals and eager newcomers here, all working together and looking out for each other’s safety. The culture? Supportive, diverse, and always buzzing with activity (and yes, you’ll quickly learn that lunch breaks are sacred). Whether you’re a specialist or an all-rounder, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensuring site safety: If you’re a Safety Officer, you’ll be the watchful eye keeping everyone secure and compliant with regulations.
  • Scaffolding setup: Scaffolders will assemble and dismantle temporary structures, working closely with the rest of the crew.
  • Carpentry work: Carpenters will handle everything from framework to finishing touches, making sure every cut is precise.
  • Welding and fabrication: Welders will bring together metal structures, following detailed plans and on-site adjustments.
  • Masonry tasks: Masons will build and repair walls, floors, and other structures with skill and care.
  • General site support: Helpers will keep operations running smoothly — moving materials, assisting skilled workers, and jumping in where needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Relevant experience in construction — whether you’re a seasoned specialist or eager to learn as a Helper.
  • In-country presence: You must already be inside the UAE to apply.
  • Willingness to work hard in a fast-paced, sometimes physically demanding environment.
  • Team spirit and a commitment to safety.
  • Adaptability: Ready to pitch in wherever needed and take on new challenges as they come.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 1,550–4,000, depending on your role and experience.
  • Free visa processing: No hidden fees for paperwork (though a job application fee applies via the recruitment company).
  • Accommodation provided: No need to worry about finding a place to stay.
  • Comprehensive medical insurance for your peace of mind.
  • Yearly paid vacation — time to recharge or visit family.
  • Multinational team: Work alongside people from all over the world.
  • Supportive on-site management and a real sense of camaraderie.

This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to be part of something bigger, to learn new skills, and to grow alongside a team that values your hard work. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and get started, we’d love to connect.
