What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily activities at the work site to keep everything running like clockwork
- Coordinating workers, subcontractors, and deliveries — no detail too small, no hiccup too big
- Monitoring site safety, conducting toolbox talks, and ensuring everyone goes home safe
- Managing materials and equipment, keeping a close eye on inventory and usage
- Reading plans and specifications, then making sure the real-world build matches the vision
- Reporting progress, issues, and solutions to project managers — you’re their eyes and ears on the ground
- Troubleshooting problems as they arise, whether it’s a missing shipment or a sudden weather change
- Upholding company policies while fostering a positive, respectful team environment
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction
- Strong knowledge of site health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Confident communication in English; Hindi or Arabic is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
Nice-to-Haves:
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Previous experience working on projects in Dubai or the UAE
- Basic computer skills (site management apps, spreadsheets, etc.)
