What You’ll Be Doing
- Site Supervisor: Oversee on-site activities, coordinate crew members, and ensure work is completed safely and up to our standards
- Plumber: Install and repair piping systems, troubleshoot on-site issues, and ensure everything—big or small—runs smoothly
- Welder/Steel Fixer: Interpret blueprints, assemble and weld steel structures, and play a key role in foundational frameworks
- Mason: Lay bricks, stones, and tiles with precision; work alongside the team to meet daily targets and puzzle out the trickier builds
- Help maintain a safe and clean work environment for everyone
- Collaborate daily with team members and problem-solve challenges on the spot
- Communicate progress and issues to supervisors so everyone stays on track
- Adapt to changing site needs—you know construction is never about standing still
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous hands-on experience in your desired trade (supervision, plumbing, welding, steel fixing, or masonry)
- Willingness to work at active construction sites in Jabel Ali
- Physical fitness and readiness for demanding tasks
- Team player mentality—because everyone works together here
- Currently residing in the UAE (we can’t process overseas applicants at this time)
- Availability for immediate joining
Nice-to-Haves:
- Ability to communicate in English or Hindi
- Familiarity with safety protocols on large-scale sites
