What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plumber: Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, sanitary fixtures, and water supply networks for ongoing projects.
  • AC Technician: Assemble, service, and troubleshoot air conditioning units; ensure cooling systems run efficiently in Dubai’s climate.
  • Carpenter: Measure, cut, and shape wood or other materials; build frameworks, partitions, and finish work to precise specifications.
  • Welder: Perform welding and fabrication tasks—joining beams, pipes, and supports with accuracy and safety top-of-mind.
  • Mason: Lay bricks, stones, and tiles; handle plastering, concrete mixing, and ensure site durability and aesthetics.
  • Support your teammates in day-to-day site tasks—sometimes lending a hand outside your core skillset.
  • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized worksite.
  • Communicate with supervisors on progress, site needs, and any challenges.

What You’ll Bring
