About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself doodling a storyboard on the back of a napkin or dreaming up viral video concepts while waiting for your coffee? If the answer is yes, you might just be who we’re looking for. We’re on the hunt for a Content & Production Lead ready to take creative ownership—from the first spark of an idea, all the way through to a polished, share-worthy final product. This is your cue to step into a role where no two days look the same, and where your knack for compelling storytelling actually shapes the heartbeat of our brand.
About the Company
We’re a small-but-mighty creative studio that punches well above our weight. What does that look like? Think: spontaneous brainstorming sessions that lead to breakthrough campaigns, team lunches to celebrate big (and little) wins, and a flat structure where every voice carries weight. Growth is in our DNA: whether we’re pitching fresh formats to clients or tinkering with the latest production tech, curiosity is the thing that sets us apart—and keeps things interesting. And yes, Friday demo days are a thing (and yes, snacks are involved).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Guiding brainstorms and helping transform wild ideas into actionable concepts for reels, shorts, and episodes
- Leading the planning and logistics for shoots—think locations, talent, timelines, and more
- Collaborating closely with content creators, designers, and editors to ensure cohesive, high-quality output
- Coaching junior team members and encouraging growth—they’ll look to you for mentorship
- Managing production schedules so nothing falls through the cracks (you’ll be the calm eye in any creative storm)
- Jumping in on-set when needed, making sure everything runs smoother than a freshly polished lens
- Keeping a pulse on content trends, always suggesting fresh twists and new formats
- Navigating feedback from stakeholders and balancing creative ambition with practical realities
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience leading and executing multimedia content shoots (reels, video, social, branded content, or similar)
- Strong project management chops—you’re calm, organized, and unflappable when deadlines loom
- Portfolio that proves your story instincts and creative versatility
- Excellent people skills (you can rally a team, motivate a crew, and charm clients when needed)
- Proficiency with production tools (it’s fine if you don’t know everything, but you should know enough to collaborate seamlessly)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Interest in emerging formats (e.g., interactive video, AR/VR storytelling)
- Experience guiding a small team or direct reports
- Comfort jumping into hands-on video editing or basic motion graphics
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
