What You’ll Be Doing
For Coordinator roles (2 positions):
- Field daily requests and prioritize tasks so nothing slips through the cracks
- Liaise with vendors, team members, and leadership to keep projects moving forward
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or site visits, making sure everyone’s in the loop
- Keep important records organized and accessible — you know the satisfying feeling of a flawless spreadsheet
- Step in wherever needed; we’re all about pitching in and lifting each other up
For IT Support Executive (1 position):
- Provide hands-on tech support to employees, solving hardware or software issues efficiently
- Maintain and monitor office IT systems — smooth tech, happy office!
- Troubleshoot problems (sometimes under pressure), always with a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Document fixes and recurring issues, helping us get a little bit smarter every time
- Assist with onboarding new team members, setting up systems and access
What You’ll Bring
- Valid UAE driving license (we do get around!).
- Strong communication skills — you’ll connect dots, bridge gaps, and keep everyone informed.
- Previous experience in a similar role — you know the pace and love the variety.
- Available and already based in the UAE, with plans to join us in Abu Dhabi ASAP.
- Comfortable juggling tasks and shifting priorities without missing a beat.
- For IT Support: familiarity with both hardware and software troubleshooting.
