This isn’t your garden-variety management gig; it’s a chance to shape the future of a branch that’s both vital to the company’s growth and ripe with opportunity for entrepreneurial leadership. If you’re energized by the thought of building relationships, orchestrating teams, and making real impact in the Egyptian market, read on.

About the Company

This isn't just another player in the crowded business solutions space. With established roots in the US, UAE, and Egypt, we’re a team that values agility, integrity, and genuine partnership—internally and with our international client base. You'll find our Egypt office buzzing with energy, where Friday brainstorming sessions are punctuated by laughter and big ideas. We embrace the mantra that growth is a team sport—expect cross-continental calls, open Slack channels, and colleagues who celebrate wins (big or small). There’s an entrepreneurial spirit in the air, and a real sense that everyone’s opinion counts. Whether it’s breaking into a new sector, or finding the right local partner for a client’s expansion, we’re all in this together.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading, managing, and inspiring the Egypt branch team to deliver on ambitious operational and business development goals.
  • Building lasting relationships with government officials, strategic partners, and corporate clients to facilitate company setup and expansion projects.
  • Overseeing all local operations, from compliance and administration to service delivery and client experience—you’ll know what’s happening before anyone else does.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and channels, crafting and pitching tailored solutions that meet (and exceed) client needs.
  • Collaborating closely with HQ and global leadership to align on strategy, share knowledge, and roll out best practices.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities, adjusting branch tactics to keep us one step ahead.
  • Representing the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities—a familiar face and trusted advisor in the ecosystem.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience in business development, branch management, or country leadership—ideally in the business solutions, consulting, or professional services sector.
  • Deep knowledge of the Egyptian business landscape, regulatory requirements, and relationship-building with local authorities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Genuine leadership style—someone who inspires, mentors, and brings out the best in a diverse, multi-disciplinary team.
  • Comfort with strategic planning, operational oversight, and rolling up your sleeves when needed.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Exposure to international business environments or working with multinational stakeholders.
  • Background in company formation, corporate services, or strategic consulting.
  • Experience leading organizations through periods of rapid growth or transformation.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)

  • Competitive compensation and performance-based bonus structure.
  • Hybrid work policy—balance between in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
  • Support for continuous learning: professional development budgets, in-house knowledge sessions, and opportunities to attend global conferences.
  • A transparent, high-energy work culture where your successes are recognized—and where you can make your mark as a true leader.
  • Real potential to accelerate your career, with exposure across three international regions and a company on the fast track.

At our core, we value courage, curiosity, and community—qualities we hope you’ll bring (and find) here. If you’re looking for a role with challenge, autonomy, and purpose, this could be your next big step.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For a senior leadership position such as Country Head (Branch Manager & Business Development Lead) in the UAE or similar multinational firms, you should expect a monthly salary in the range of 35,000–55,000 AED, often with attractive performance bonuses and additional benefits. Roles of this level—especially those overseeing market strategy, operations, and growth—tend to offer compensation at the higher end to reflect both the responsibility and the expertise required. If you have a proven track record in branch or country-level management and business development within business solutions or consulting, negotiating toward the upper end of this range would be reasonable.
