What You’ll Be Doing

  • Cheerfully answer calls, greet walk-in customers, and ensure everyone feels welcome and listened to.
  • Handle customer questions about products, services, and orders—no matter how big or small the request.
  • Calmly and empathetically manage occasional complaints, always aiming for the best possible resolution.
  • Process new orders with accuracy, double-checking details to ensure a smooth delivery every time.
  • Provide up-to-date product information, drawing on your knowledge and handy reference materials.
  • Keep clear, helpful records of interactions (because details matter!).
  • Work closely with teammates to solve tricky issues—no lone wolves here.
  • Occasionally assist with basic office duties if things get extra busy.
