What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting visitors warmly—whether in-person or by phone—and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- Handling customer queries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and a solutions-focused attitude.
- Managing front desk administrative tasks like handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and keeping records tidy.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations (think: knowing who’s where, what’s coming up, or who needs a nudge about a pending follow-up).
- Assisting with basic document preparation, data entry, and handling courier packages efficiently.
- Maintaining a neat and welcoming reception area, always ready for the next guest or team member to walk through the door.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service or front desk/reception role (bonus points if it’s in UAE).
- Confident communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone—English fluency is essential.
- Friendly, approachable personality with a knack for multitasking.

- Current UAE residency—candidates must already be in-country.
