What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages from customers — with genuine patience and professionalism.
  • Listening closely to customer concerns, identifying the root of the issue, and finding practical solutions (sometimes with a dash of creativity).
  • Following up on unresolved cases to ensure every customer feels heard and valued.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and updating our system — attention to detail really matters here.
  • Working closely with other team members to share updates and brainstorm ways to make our service even better.
  • Sometimes jumping in to help with admin tasks or assist a colleague — flexibility is key in our busy office.
  • Staying calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or when things don’t go as planned.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus!).
  • The ability to remain calm and positive, even in stressful situations.
  • Basic computer literacy — you’ll be using our CRM daily.
