What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting walk-in and phone-in customers, making them feel valued from the very first interaction
- Handling inquiries about services, orders, and complaints with patience and professionalism (sometimes all in the same day!)
- Keeping records updated, whether it’s logging customer feedback or tracking follow-ups after a service query
- Collaborating closely with colleagues — information moves fast here, so you’ll stay in the loop and keep everyone informed
- Learning and using company software to input data and manage service requests efficiently
- Assisting with occasional team projects or events — around here, everyone pitches in when it’s crunch time
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Strong communication skills — confident in spoken and written English (additional languages? That’s a big plus)
- A customer-first mindset with patience and empathy
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, call centers, or a similar field
- Currently residing in the UAE and ready to start work soon
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a busy, multicultural environment
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Deira and surrounding Dubai areas
- Experience with basic office software (MS Word, Excel, or CRM tools)
- A second or third spoken language
