What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting walk-in and phone-in customers, making them feel valued from the very first interaction
  • Handling inquiries about services, orders, and complaints with patience and professionalism (sometimes all in the same day!)
  • Keeping records updated, whether it’s logging customer feedback or tracking follow-ups after a service query
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues — information moves fast here, so you’ll stay in the loop and keep everyone informed
  • Learning and using company software to input data and manage service requests efficiently
  • Assisting with occasional team projects or events — around here, everyone pitches in when it’s crunch time

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Strong communication skills — confident in spoken and written English (additional languages? That’s a big plus)
  • A customer-first mindset with patience and empathy
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, call centers, or a similar field
  • Currently residing in the UAE and ready to start work soon
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a busy, multicultural environment

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Deira and surrounding Dubai areas
  • Experience with basic office software (MS Word, Excel, or CRM tools)
  • A second or third spoken language
