About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you the person friends turn to when they need answers, or someone who thrives on turning a tricky question into a happy customer? If so, you might be just who we’re looking for. Our team in Al Qusais is searching for a Customer Service Executive ready to be the friendly first point of contact for our valued clients. This is more than just a “answer-the-phone” kind of role — it’s an opportunity to genuinely help people every day, with all the perks and excitement of working in one of Dubai’s vibrant business hubs.

About the Company

You won’t be joining a faceless corporate here. We’re a busy, fast-growing business that tries to keep things personal, whether you’ve been here ten days or ten years. Our office in Al Qusais hums with energy — morning coffee runs, birthdays celebrated with (possibly too much) cake, and teammates who genuinely root for one another. We believe in doing right by our customers, and that starts with supporting our own people. If you like the idea of working somewhere you’re more than just a name on the schedule, you’ll probably find yourself fitting right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting every customer — whether by phone, email, or message — like they’re visiting your own home.
  • Answering calls and responding to customer inquiries about our products or services in a timely, helpful way.
  • Listening carefully to customer questions or concerns, and resolving issues or escalating them when needed.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
  • Providing clear, practical information that helps customers make informed decisions.
  • Building positive relationships with both new and long-time clients through friendly, professional communication.
  • Working closely with teammates to keep the workday moving smoothly and support each other during busy periods.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Friendly, clear communication skills (in English; Arabic is a bonus).
  • Basic computer know-how — email, data entry, navigating CRM systems.
  • A knack for staying calm (and kind!) even if a customer is frustrated.
  • Willingness to learn about our products and services so you can help others.
  • Reliable work ethic — you show up, follow through, and care about doing the job well.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous customer service or call center experience.
  • Experience working in Dubai or with a multicultural team.
  • Comfort with additional languages.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Supportive, close-knit team where everyone’s contribution matters.
  • A workspace in Al Qusais with easy access to public transport and local amenities.
  • Growth opportunities — learn on the job and develop your career in customer relations.
  • Regular social activities and a casual, approachable leadership team.
  • Salary and benefits that reflect your skills and experience (we discuss this openly in the interview, no guessing games).

We’re a place where people look out for each other, and where your positive attitude will go a long way. If you care about making someone’s day better, you’ll find yourself right at home here.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

  • How do you ensure accurate records of customer interactions, especially when handling multiple conversations in a busy environment?
  • Walk me through your approach to responding to customer inquiries via email versus over the phone. How do you adjust your communication for each?
  • We use CRM systems to document and track customer interactions. What experience do you have with such tools, and how do you stay organized?
  • Imagine a situation where you receive multiple inquiries at once — how would you prioritize and manage your responses while maintaining a friendly tone?
  • Describe a time when you needed to escalate a customer issue to a colleague or supervisor. How did you determine escalation was necessary, and how did you communicate the situation?
  • Working in a multicultural team can bring lots of perspectives. How have you adjusted your communication style when interacting with colleagues or customers from different backgrounds?
  • If you’re not immediately familiar with a product or service a customer is asking about, how would you handle their question on the spot?

  • Encouraging customers to make informed decisions is core to this role. How do you balance providing guidance with respecting their choices?
  • Have you ever had to quickly learn about a new product or service to assist customers? How did you approach gaining that knowledge?
  • What attracts you to working in a vibrant, energetic office like ours, and how do you see yourself fitting in with our team’s spirit?
